Finding the right hire

Recruitment can be time consuming, especially at a senior level. It doesn’t matter if you need someone in HR or in another Executive function. But once you know who you’re looking for, it’s much easier.

  1. What are the strategic priorities for the business? How will this role support
  2. What are your future plans? Are you looking to grow or stabilise?
  3. Share current team challenges or successes. Will the new person need to turn things around?

Interim Positions

Maternity cover for your HR Director or an Interim Head of Talent Acquisition? You can’t waste time interviewing the wrong people. You need these senior roles filled quickly.

While you focus on the day-to-day, you need to know:
 
  • someone else is reviewing CVs and conducting initial interviews
  • your shortlist candidates are technically competent, understand your culture and are ready to deliver
  • you have interview support through a list of relevant questions to ask and/or summarised assessment results

Permanent positions

Payments are made in three stages:

  • Initial deposit: 50% to secure search services
  • Shortlisting fee: 25% on delivery of shortlisted candidates
  • Placement fee: 25% on confirmation of candidate offer

The exact percentage of the retainer fee depends on the nature and level of the role. Get in touch for more information.

Interim positions

These are charged as a percentage of the base salary at offer (pro-rata for appointments lasting less than 12 months).

Full payment is due on confirmation of offer.
