Data Protection | Talentpraxis Group as the data controller manages candidate data very carefully, only requiring an individual’s first and last name along with their email address to which we send their assessment invite. We retain a secure copy of all reports for 12 months following production, after which they are destroyed. Additionally, we, as controllers, regularly change our passwords to the assessment platforms we use.

Test Reviewed by | The relevant statistical information from SOVA indicate the correlation predictive validity scores exceed the recognised professional standards. |
Reliablity | The average internal reliability coefficient for the scales of the personality questionnaire we predominantly use (from SOVA Assessments) is 0.8 which exceeds the industry benchmarks of 0.7 set by professional bodies. This means it is a highly robust model and the answers to the questionnaire are consistent over time during different administrations.
|
Validity | The SOVA personality questionnaire we predominantly use for our bespoke reports has been validated with numerous clients to establish its ability to predict current and future performance of candidates who have taken the assessment. Validity coefficients for validation studies for the personality questionnaire with live clients exceed the industry benchmark of 0.4 for personality assessments.

Comparison groups available for your candidate scores | Norm groups consist of both males and females who are professionals, graduates, and manager in organisations globally.

Title of the Report | Sova Trait Report | Cost (exc. vat) | $0.00
Training required to use this report? | Yes | Sample Report
Brief Description | The Sova Personality Questionnaire is designed to measure personality at work in a practical and helpful way, which can be readily mapped to client competency frameworks. The 18-trait assessment is built for the contemporary world of work where roles are increasingly fluid, and agility to perform through change is paramount. The underlying framework for the assessment is described as ‘Big-5 plus’, drawing on the HEXACO model of personality. The HEXACO model was developed through similar methods as other trait taxonomies and builds on the work of McCrae and Costa (1996) and Goldberg (eg. 1990, 1993). The model, therefore, shares several common elements with other trait models.

Title of the Report | Sova Derailment Report | Cost (exc. vat) | $0.00
Training required to use this report? | Yes | Sample Report
Brief Description | The Derailment model and report were developed by a team of psychologists and psychometricians with extensive experience using the concept of derailment in organisational settings. Desk research was initially conducted, covering the range of derailment models on the market to identify similarities and differences; as well as identifying any gaps of potential derailment risk. In particular, the Sova personality questionnaire introduces a step beyond the big five factor model, with the more modern HEXACO model (eg. Ashton & Lee, 2001, 2007). This sixth ‘H factor’ measures Honesty and Humility, lending itself very well to key derailment scales, thus offering a more focused assessment. The most useful and appropriate scales were mapped to the questionnaire and relevant statistical reliability analysis conducted. |
