Meet the Team

Maria is an experienced Business Psychologist specialising in talent assessment, leadership development and organisational change. With over 18 years’ experience within the private, public and not for profit sectors, she has worked extensively in the field of assessment for selection, development and restructuring/redundancy purposes.

As a talent assessment expert, her expertise encompasses the design and implementation of highly experiential assessment and development centres as well as the creation of bespoke psychometrics (ability tests, personality questionnaires and situational judgment tests (SJTs).

As an experienced trainer and facilitator, Maria also runs Assessor Skills training, and has also delivered BPS Test User workshops (formerly Level A & Level B).

She describes her approach as one which combines knowledge, humour, style and a great pair of shoes!
